3. Booking Policy
To confirm a booking, customers must provide accurate travel details, including arrival and departure times, pickup and drop-off locations, and the number of passengers. Any incorrect information may affect service delivery and timing.
- Bookings should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled travel time.
- All reservations must be confirmed by our customer service team via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
- Group bookings may require a deposit or partial prepayment depending on vehicle type and availability.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for Umrah transportation services can be made online, via bank transfer, or in cash at the time of service. Full payment must be completed before the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed.
- All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless specified otherwise.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, changes in itinerary, or extra stops.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing due to changes in fuel costs, taxes, or regulations.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. The following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours of departure or for no-shows.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. In case of unavoidable delays or flight changes, please notify us immediately to reschedule without penalty (subject to availability).
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and safe operations, customers are required to:
- Provide accurate travel details and contact information.
- Be present at the pickup location at the agreed time.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi transport and visa regulations.
- Respect drivers, vehicles, and other passengers.
- Report any lost or forgotten items immediately to our team.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete travel details provided by the customer.
7. Service Limitations
While we strive to maintain punctuality and comfort, certain external factors such as traffic, weather, or road closures may affect travel time. Our company is not liable for delays beyond our control but will make every effort to minimize inconvenience.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Umrahone.in shall not be held liable for:
- Loss or damage of personal belongings during transit.
- Any injury, accident, or incident beyond the company’s control.
- Delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, flight delays, or government restrictions.
Our liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the affected service.

All content on our website — including text, images, and pricing — is the intellectual property of Umrahone.in. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use or attempt to interfere with our website’s operation may result in legal action under applicable Saudi Arabian laws.
